4.2 Obligations of Use. Customer agrees that it will not use the Software other than as permitted in this Agreement and will not use the Software in a manner inconsistent with its design or documentation. This section contains specific provisions regarding certain products and components of the software, as well as limited exceptions to the above conditions. To the extent that any provision of this Section is contrary to any other provision or condition of this Agreement, the terms set forth in this Section supersede that other condition or condition. 2.3 Use of the School Site Only. Any K-12 localization license granted to your institution allows your institution to use the K-12 Site License software only on a school site. “A school site” means a school located at a single street address. For installation or use at additional sites, additional K-12 localization licenses must be purchased separately. The K-12 location license is limited to the installation of all the software contained (regardless of the platform) in the license acquired, the maximum number of computers owned or leased by the authorized institution in the section above and depending on the type of license acquired by your institution. Creative Cloud for Education device licenses provide the ability to license software on a particular computer instead of a designated user or with a serial number. Users never need to log in or enter a serial number to use the software.

Licenses are linked to machine delivery pools that are created automatically when you order products. 4.8 Restrictions for Adobe Runtime.
