10:35 pm last night my second daughter Anja Trinity Olterman was born. This morning I went home to pick Up Angelina our oldest to take her to see her brand new sister.
Though cautious at first Angelina seems to have accepted our newest family member, however whatever we do for the little one Angelina demands the same treatment and closeness.
Oh how I wish that the soldiers in our corps where so jealous of their heavenly fathers affections. Everytime they hear a witness of someone recieving a gift or a blessing that they would enter into His presence and not leave until they to had been equally blessed. That we would covet our heavenly fathers attention and guard our alone time with Him with the same passion as a two year old can muster when not getting her will.
That we would pursue God and chase after Him like love starved children relentlessly demanding that he take us into His arms and spending time with us. And if we cannot for a second feel His presence that we would pray, scream, lie on the floor kick and cry until we where in His presence in His lap, comforted by His everlasting love.
